This is a modest campaign created by Victoria Dragon Boat Festival back in 2006 to celebrate the courage of people who are fighting, have beaten, or have succumbed to cancer.

People buy these lanterns on which a message can be written to tribute to anyone they knew who had been diagnosed with cancer. The proceeds would go to the BC Cancer Foundation.
